CONSULTING SERVICES OVERVIEW

Paragon has developed four services to minimize turnover, eliminate absenteeism, and remove the headache of the recruiting process. Our programs are designed to address these issues and assure you to have a resource to find productive and reliable employees that can be added to your core staff when the need arises.

Outsourcing the Recruiting Process (ORP)

This program is utilized when you have an opening in the FOH or BOH of your core staff. Our ORP program eliminates the recruiting headache for you completely.

 

Job Sharing

This is our client’s most popular choice of programs. Companies use it for a variety of reasons, mostly to minimize turnover. However, in addition to reducing turnover problems, for many of our clients it addresses the problems of absenteeism and, when benefits are provided to the core staff, it can be very cost effective.

 

Department Specialization

There are some departments like dishwashing that require multiple employees but are a constant headache to manage. Recruiting, scheduling, facing frequent turnover seems to be prevalent.
